Sometimes writing serves only the purpose of being cathartic, and that's okay too. I loved this, because even though I'm not a writer professionally, I feel a similar sort of lack in inspiration. The whole world has felt painfully still this year despite so much going on, and you captured that feeling of longing for something new so perfectly.
