As someone who lives with high-risk loved ones, I felt every part of this. Everyone around me seems to be acting as if there’s no pandemic at all, and with omicron running rampant that’s now even more terrifying.

All I can think to say is a heartfelt apology for the awful treatment you've received throughout this all. It baffles me that privileged people can get away with such utter disregard for empathy and the feelings of others. Our world wouldn't be able to function the way we know it without brave, resilient people like you. I hope this week brings you some much needed peace.
